We’ve begun the second half of the season now and that means it’s tour time! I didn’t ride the first of the main tours which was held in Spain the week before last, but the team rode brilliantly to enable Emma to take top spot on the podium. Part of racing is making sure you eat and drink enough. Our team helpers (soigneurs, or swannies as we call them) stand on the side of the road usually at about the halfway point in a race to hand out bidons. This is how we grab them!
